Dita has a bad chest again and she is coughing none stop and stopping breathing for maybe 3-4 seconds at points and i hate it, i am terrified she is not going to get her breath back through the night when im asleep and dont notice at some point...
I really dont know what to do for her =o(
But today she was eating her tea and started coughing, she sicked up the little bit of tea she had managed and then started choking, she couldn't get it out, luckily i literally did a first aid course the other day which showed us how to deal with small children so i knew what to do so i chucked her in recovery position (sounds dramatic but thats advised with a choking child) and whacked her back about 6 times and she manages to cough up some really thick mucus.
Im so worried for her, what if she does this through the night? I keep checking on her but its like a lifetime thing as she gets these coughs/colds for about 6 months of the year!
