we're on the 3rd day of really bad teething with ava, telltale signs bright red cheeks and lots of drool! i've got the pain relief under control but she won't eat at all, she's refused her milk today (still had plenty water) Any ideas? getting a bit concerned

i would just keep offering cold stuff like jelly, yogurts, cold rice pudding. we are the same at the minute, having an absolute toothy nightmare - elijah is really enjoying plain greek yogurt though and has eaten over a litre of it recently....

Yeh I would offer soft food like bananas, mash, porridge, avocado. Cerys used to go off her food when she teethed bad. She won't starve, she'll just catch up when she feels better xx
