A little worried about sams gums. He is getting his last 4 molars right at the back. One appears to be coming through fine but the other one has literally split the gum. It looks like there has been a chunk of gum missing and it keeps bleeding. Hes in agony poor babe. Although the tooth looks like its coming through normal they look very big.

Anyone had the same kinda thing?

Ooooh C hasnt had hers yet but that sounds so sore. Id keep it well gelled up and calpol and see what happens over next cpl days. Theres not much can be done for gum cuts i dont think
