| Ok..just the usual language barrier, even though we all use the same dictionary. I noticed that right before you end a conversation, or even begin one..the majority of you ladies use the word "right" Now help me out here, over here when we use that word to start a convo, or end one, its done with a tone of sarcasm and a look of either fear or bewilderment on our faces. Eg: North American person 1 - Hey..I just pee'd my pants! North American person 2 - Right...(walks away slowly, not breaking eye contact). So I guess what I am saying, is it's easy to take it the wrong way when I read some threads or status'. |

| we do use it in that context here too
however we also use it when we are just getting straight to the point
asin, 'right, now lets do this' or 'right, this is how it is'
almost like right = *this was actually my point* kind of context?
any sense made? lol

| LOL! I have been working very hard on learning not just using the proper form of the English language, but also working on how to brew a good "cuppa", as well as develop the stomach for such foods as - haggis, bangers, and toads. I draw the line at kidneys and any other organs the process bodily waste! |
