| How often do you do your shopping online? I used to use Tesco but they let me down on two occasions. I've been using Asda for a few months and I'm really impressed Their website is really good because you can write your own list. They have better deals than Tesco too. The delivery people are always so friendly and don't mind when I answer the door in my pj's looking like shite |

| I've started doing it online more often as OHs shifts keep changing last minute and no matter when I plan to do my shopping he will be late home or have to work at the last minute, it was getting daft so I resorted to online. I used to do it quite often but like you was let down a couple of times and was put off.
I used tesco a couple of weeks back because I had a free delivery and 310 off a £15 spend but wasn't impressed - too expensive (I usually shop at asda). So I back to using asda online now and so far they have been great.

| Well I used Tesco until 4 weeks ago, was REALLY good, and only used Sainsburys for 4 weeks cos they sent me £10 a week off!
As you know they were fecking awful! 3 out 4 weeks they missed things, and the 3rd week they missed all my frozen stuff!!! NOT HAPPY, yeh they refunded me the money and gave me a voucher to get free delivery next time but that wasnt the point!
I used to use Asda yonks ago, and I should think about it again cos Im a member of the shopping club, and I have a card that gives 4% cashback for Asda! But I dunno if I can use it online?? hmmmmm Anyone know, its a reloadable gift card one |

| yeh, I have cards for M&S, argos, asda, new look and toys r us , there are others, you top it up like a normal gift card then when you use it in the shop you get the % as cashback, its not huge amounts but adds up! Ive only just started using the shopping club though!
They do lots of other offers to though, not just cash back cards! |

| didnt niccsy just get a really rubbish shop from asda?
i use tesco once or twice a month for heavy stuff cos we dont have the car anymore and they have always been great, we do a meal planner and list beforehand and then everything we actually need we get on offer (rather than looking at offers without a plan!) |

| See I always use Sainsburys as they always come out cheapest on mysupermarket.com I think it must depend on the store that your shopping comes from and who picks it though as to whether its good or not. xx |

| I do Tesco and am generally very pleased with it, if I have a complaint I ring up and they give me vouchers. I tried Asda a few weeks ago and it was shite, there were loads of substitutions which I'm convinced were chosen by a 12 year old boy, I complained via email and didn't get a response! I get loads of really good offers from ocardo but when I logged and started to shop I was amazed at how bloody expensive it is! So quickly logged off |

| I have tesco and most once a week delivered. I find it so much easier doing it all online plus I dont go crazy and over spend I keep to my limit. Plus all comes to front door so I dont have the stress taking kids. But some times I will go and do it myself my only outting haha
Asda can be a bit funny where we are, they will only deliver some stuff and alot is out of stock and we dont have much choice in delivery times. As we dont have an Asda here (only 1 tiny one) it comes from swansea so its pretty crap. Saying all that it was a while since Iv last used them so might have changed now.. but Iv had no luck with asda.x |

| i refuse to trytesco cos i am too tight to pay £6 delivery!
we have tried sainsburys quite a few times while this £10 a week off thing lasted but found them actually useless, they always had so much out of stock, things like tomatos and apples and bread =o|
luckily i ticked no for substitions but on the receipt it said we didnt have andrex toilet rolls 9 pack for £3, if you had chose the sub option we would have sent you andrex 4 pack for £2.25.... cos yeah thats a fecking good deal?!?! not!!!
We normally use asda, £3 delivery and they 9/10 times have everything in stock, and if they substitute its usually higher value, like this week i ordered an 8 pack of sausages on offer for £2, well they were out of stock so they sent me 2x6 packs worth £2.09 each and only charged me £2 for the both!
although i did have a complaint for asda last week and emailed them but have had no response so i am going to just barge in the shop with it lol

| Why is it £6 Niccsy?! I never pay more than £3 delivery! They are cheaper than Sainsburys who do it £6 if you shop under £40, then there slots are £3.50-4.50 and maybe more
I always get the middle of the day slots with Tesco for £3 |

| The prices must vary according to were you live. I usually pay £5.50 for Friday morning. I'm sure the cheapest ours can be is £3.50 but it's for mid week in the middle of the day whilst I'm in work. |

| We only had asda on-line once - everything was all smacked up and all the fresh produce had about 2 days date on it at best. We were very disappointed. We used to use Ocade because although they are Waitrose so you would thing expensive, they price match to Tesco on a lot of stuff and they have free delivery slots, but after I went back to work, I couldnt' stay awake late enough (usually 9-11pm; although it's usually nearer the 9pm end, I couldnt' risk it!).
As some of you know I've been doing my fresh food shop at the market for the last few months and saving a bundle but it does take up time because we still have to do supermarket for some stuff like bottles of pop, cleaning stuff, and a few things that you just can't get at the market. I'm considering going back to having it delivered, but I was really disappointed that Asda charge £3 to deliver when I'd been used to getting it for free! |
