Hey guys,

I sent Ysl a complaint about the nasty reaction to my eyes, since then I've had to go back to the doctors as I now have an infection and am taking antibiotics for it!
Anyway they called and asked if I would send the make up to them for testing, what do you think? I'm just a bit worried that it's the only thing I have that could be seen as evidence. What if they 'lose' it or something! They have taken details of my doctors so they can contact them which is absolutely fine by me, I just not sure how to get around them asking for the makeup and me not having any evidence should I need it!

Keep a sample for yourself..in a sealed airtight container, just to have if you need it, and try to pull any crap. Have to say I am proud that they will be running some product testing to see what is causing all these reactions. x

I would keep a bit back before sending it off, but do send it back as that's the only way they find out about problems with their products and have the opportunity to resolve them x

I agree... only send them half of what you have got, and make sure that you make this clear to them when you send it off so they dont bother trying to 'lose' anything x
