Hi ladies, I bought some Ugg boots the other weekend and I bought some of that waterproof spray to protect them. Hubby had sprayed them whilst I was at work in the hallway, so when I came home I could smell it, I could also smell it in the living room too and its that kind of gets up your nose and the back of the throat smell.

I made hubby open the front door and the living room window, which has cleared it, but im concerned that it could harm my baby? xx

I think it will be ok hun, you did the right thing opening the windows and letting it air. xx

i dont think so - i remember doing a risk assessment at work cos they were painting and that was ok, plus my dr said inhalers and things are fine when pregnant because they are inhaled not ingested...hope that makes sense!

Aw hun, it's such a worrying time being pregnant - you think about things that you would never have done before.

If it doesn't say harmful on the can I wouldn't worry too much, it's not as he sprayed it while you were there.

I worry when I walk past someone and they are smoking so I do know how you're feeling xx
