You have to take it to their office, for lots of reasons:
a) its not your fault this happened and they have already started a case.
b) this is the SECOND time it has happened... they need a new machine, not a repaired one!
c) Environmental Health may suggest a new machine before closing them down, or.. if they can prove its the fault of the factory, then they will be at fault and im sure they wont get closed down.
Honestly, this isnt your problem. I would continue it through and say that EHO already have the blade so there is nothing you can do now.
