I would take it and also co tact the police about them harassing you. Can you imagine if you'd bitten into it or god forbid even swallowed it. If its happened before they're clearly cutting corners on their equipment, and if they're lax in that department who knows what else they're not up to scratch on. Definitely pursue it x

Omg hes just turned up again! Hes given my the factories number of the equipment saying its their fault!

You have to take it to their office, for lots of reasons:

a) its not your fault this happened and they have already started a case.

b) this is the SECOND time it has happened... they need a new machine, not a repaired one!

c) Environmental Health may suggest a new machine before closing them down, or.. if they can prove its the fault of the factory, then they will be at fault and im sure they wont get closed down.

Honestly, this isnt your problem. I would continue it through and say that EHO already have the blade so there is nothing you can do now.

Let the EHO deal with it, make them aware they are harassing you too! Also contact the police, tell you you arent comfortable with them visiting your home! Its bang out of order!
Also dont phone the factory they are just trying to shift the blame!! What a set of bastards!!

Deffinately give it to eho and tell them about the visits. I would also tell the shop people not to contact you again and that they need to gi through eho. if they continue then phone police as its harassment x
