I have been gutting Caitlins toys and clearing the living room, bought a new tree today and some wee dec's. Im now faced with the dilemma - do I be sensible and now the living room is habitable move on and gut the kitchen.... or do I be a plonker and finish the living room off properly Wink by putting up the tree and wrapping my presents tonight?

I'm dying to get our house all festive but as OH is a committed atheist / humbug there's no chance of it happening until well into December. I'm getting a bit anxious now as we've not sorted many prezzies out at all and I'm really struggling to find the time to do any research - just so tired all the time. We're on a very tight budget this year so I need to make sure I don't just buy any old rubbish then end up with buyer's remorse and get extra top-up prezzies for people.

It wont all get done tonight Mari.... Might make the kitchen half reasonable looking and then put the tree up Very Happy I dont care if I look craazzzzyyy, I could have a squishy in a week and putting a tree up will be pretty hard to do then. Or I could go 10 days overdue and regret having it up so early Rolling Eyes Im also blacking out the fact I cant see half my bedroom floor due to bags and boxes that need sorted. Oh crumbs I dont have much time!

Oh btw in B&M today they had a few of those twigs tree's with lights for about £30. They more popular than I realised! Oh and another thing I forgot to say to you - a few weeks ago in primark they had brogues!!! Shocked In all dif colours!!! I stood Surprised thinking omg Mari is a fashion guru and us numptys mock her for being mrs Geography tut tut!!! Laughing
