i've posted a gazillion times about my sister and how annoying she is

well her benefits have been cut(haha) and she has had to give up her gym membership...that she never used! and started whinging she's gaining weight because of it...

she's 18st..and gone up to 18st 4 within a few days

anyways the loving big sister that i am...i spent £200 and bought her a treadmill....gave her a long talk about fat intake and calories/fat ingoing vs cals/fat outgoings etc..

she's had the treadmill nearly a week....and used it once...for half an hour on such a slow walk she burned 100cals!!

grrrr why the hell have i bothered?? she eats over 200g of fat most days and has a 'i cant help it' attitude so i guess i should have known she's too greedy/lazy to make an effort, but still i'm really peeved

So she cancelled her gym membership that she never used and that's why she has gained weight??

yep, made this big fuss that she's gaining weight because she's not going to the gym now...then i walked round tesco with her and asked what she eats in a day...the fat contents racked up to over 200g...i eat 40g on a bad day...am absolutely amazed that someone can eat that much

send it to me i will have it and apprecitate it muchly

on a serious note.. its not fare u spent this amount of money on her to waste it,,

Losing weight is not easy but it's impossible if you don't change the way you eat! I can't talk at the moment cause I am eating rubbish most days cause it's all I feel like but am still losing weight! Was nearly 17st when got pregnant am now 15.5 st! But if I wasn't pregnant and ate like this I would be going up! As soon as I have this one it will be back to slimming world for me!

If I was you Kenty I would tell your sister to go get on said treadmill and work off the pounds she owes you!!

thing is if she continues to gain weight and moan about it then tell her you dont want to hear it you tried helping and if she is not willing to help herself then your not going to try and help her anymore x

i feel bad doing that though suzie :? even when i just want to scream at her i feel like i can't cos i'll hurt her feelings

we went paintballing last weekend, she spent the whole booking in time sulking and acting all worried that she wouldn't fit into the suits...which brought my mood down too...then that evening went home and dived into a big bar of choccie

i couldn't do that without going and doing a 2hour workout after! :S

i know what you mean about feelings i know its different totally but ceejay is 11 and just started sewcondary school his spelling is average end of year 4 so that of an 8 year old in the holidays i tried to help him he sulked and grumped so i said to him if you wont help yourself im not helping you anymore im wasting my time and what do you know a few weeks later he came asking for help because he knows im not just going to hand it out anymore x

lol! you'd fire me within a week...i'm proper strict when helping someone...BUT i'd never make them do something i wouldn't/couldn't do

can i just say Kenty I think you are an amaxingly stron Woman for the way that A) you deal with stuff B) such a fantastic mother and C) such a wonderful Sister xx

i used to be quite motivated but now i dont know wh\ts come over me

michelle...i know what you mean...i struggle to find the energy to do my workouts...but it's just a case of willpower. am sure when danielle sees the video she'll just think 'wow, my mummy is the bestest!' what you look like counts for shit with your children...it's what you do/the way you are that they love...trust me, no-one knows that better than me!

well to me you are an insperation, my life is so simple compared to you and yet you just carry on being so stron for your family unit i think a lot of people have have huge amounts of respect for you for the way you hold your head up so high and still find the time to give other people help and support x

ah suzie...my life also is simple compared to so many others...i could have it SO much worse...so as bad as my life and what we're dealing with lily-ann and her retts...i remember that there are people in worse situations, dealing with worse than me

but i do thankyou....i know i whinge alot and i have mentioned my past alot so i'm grateful you all don't think i'm a big whingebag! lol

oh jen...and my brother got a brand new HD tv off me a few months back...i'm a generous sister

Ok..done! You had me at free treadmill! Seriously tho..time to get some stuff done for you and your family in return. You and Sam deserve it! Generosity is such a beautiful gift and can be wasted on those who expect it and not be thankful for it. Just know that there are those ladies and friends that see you for you..and not what you can do/buy for them! xxx

10mins on the treadmill(equivilant to walking to the corner shop and back!) and 45mins on her wii

why did i spend £200 for her to use her wii instead!!

i'm just about ready to give up on her now
