I bought Izzy the buzz camera at £60 - used £15 of vouchers doubled up to be worth £30

So anyway cos I found it at half the price I have arranged to have it sent back and refunded

So I asked what happens about my exchanged vouchers? She says I will get the ORIGINAL value credited to my card (that I paid with) so the will refund £45 ... so basically they have stolen £15 of vouchers from me

Just be aware of that in case you need to send stuff back ... could lose out big time if you had lots of vouchers!

Nothing I can do as its in the small print! 'Any refunds for purchases made using Exchange tokens will be equivalent to the Clubcard voucher value originally exchanged.'
There wasn't anything I wanted in exchange so Id rather lose £15 than waste £60 on summert I odnt want!

ooooooh that's bit shitty isnt it?? I've bought loads of Ellies prezzies with my vouchers so I'm hoping they're all ok.

No cos when you exchange you have to say the category - so i picked toys, so tbh I'd rather have the £45 and get something she really wants than exchange the camera for something worth £60 ... but that actually I can elsewhere for £40 lol

So really I probably won't lose out!

But I think its very naughty of them - and also if you dont ask they dont tell you - so people aren't given the opportunoity to swap items!
