Does anyone have a really simple banana cookie recipe? I want to make some with Milo, we usually just use butter, caster sugar and flour (no eggs so it doesn't matter if he eats it all before we cook it!) So I think i'd need a really ripe banana, but how much would I have to reduce/increase the flour/sugar etc?

(I usually use 75g butter/35g sugar/90g plain flour to make 10 cookies)

I would maybe just reduce the butter by like 20g or something... I dunno though I would just use a normal recipe with egg - it never did me any harm

i'm probably being daft about eggs, but tbh it's so easy for milo to help me make it if there's just 3 ingredients, and much less chance for mess!

or maybe just add the banana without adjusting anything else and keep your fingers crossed? lol.
