1. Gain a stone in 2011..I'd like to be 8 stone by summer so my summer stuff fits, I'm 7stone 7lb now....

Exercise more - no excuse for not doing this - we have a gym room with a
cross trainer, weights bench, mats etc and I have pretty much new
mountain bike I have used about 3 times.
Yes I do Hey Amy isn't it funny that ALL these things are what I HAD to change to gain weight ... so I knew all these things were not good but didn't realise why at the time!
