| I am going to try and be more positive esp where ttc is concerned. Try and be more decisive and start eating better and exercising more.
Any one else made any yet? |

| Hmmm.... Quit smoking or at least cut down to if Im having a drink at the weekend. Spend more productive time with Caitlin eg I too can be a bit reclusive & while I find shopping/visiting mum etc no bother I prob dont arrange as many playdates as i should or take her to activities like swimming/soft play on a weekly basis. Lose 2 stone Get into a proper sleep routine eg 11-7/8am. I too often sit up until 2am & then am wrecked the next day and take naps with Caitlin or after dinner. Being realisitic this is more of a wish list than a resolution list. I cant see me waking up on 1st Jan at 7am on a diet, not smoking, going to the swimming pool and then having an early night. Think it will be a gradual process |
