| I was going to say sleeping loads too. Hot ribena is also nice, but its prob more of a comfort things than a healing thing (though there is vit C in it so who knows!)
Doubt there is a miracle cure unfortunately otherwise ppl wouldnt endure it 2-3 times a year.
Hope you get a good rest and feel better 2moro. |

| Cerys has been ill too with a viral infection and karl has been home from work after having an op on his bowel so I've been looking after both of them. Sleep usually helps me too but haven't had the time to fart in peace let alone sleep |

| Hot baths..several times a day. Just a nice soak in the tub always makes me feel better...even if it's temporary. My kids do this too, when not feeling well. x |

| these tablets really do work and they make you feel flippin fantastic. I always reccomend them ot people and they don't believe me until they try them and then they are converts. If I get a hint of a cold coming I take one of these babies and it more often than not stops me getting a full on cold.
They are called Contac and you have to get them over the counter. you only get them in packs of 6 and they are quite expensve, they are also full of caffeine or something so they really wake you up... the box says to take one every 12 hours but if you take it at the wrong time it will end up keeping you up at night so I normally just take one in the morning. |

| yep that's them Meg, seriously the best thing EVER. and if they don't get rid of the cold they at least make you feel human for about 8 hours in the day cos of the caffeine in them |
