Stephen is full of cold and it's affecting his sleep as his nose is so stuffed up! Can anyone recommend something that might help him to breathe a bit easier? Thanks xxx

i know karvol and oblas do diffusers that you plug in and they blow mentholy air into the room - alternatively you can get a bowl of hot water and put a spoon of olbas oil/vaporub into it and put it under the cot so the steam/menthol helps keep him clear hope he feels better soon!

we bought Tyler some snuffle babe chest rub which is GREAT.
we used that and the karvol capsules that you put on a cloth and put near them in the cot to help them breathe.
paracetamol is a decongestant so perhaps some calpol before bed if it's really bad.

also saline spray up the nose will clear mucus if its that bad.
