heya, just a quickie really, can anyone think of a reason i shouldn't be giving elijah ready brek just now? he has been poorly first with a horrible cold, then sickness and diarrhea and now has a chest infection (hasn't had chance to get over anything properly)

he hasn't eaten a meal or much of anything since last tuesday, he is drinking loads and drinking cows milk but only wants to eat chocolate and ready brek with a bit of syrup in it (tried this to bribe him into eating - he doesn't usually get syrup!!).

his poo is finally 'normal' consistency again but its almost completely white as he will only eat porridge/ready brek and a bit of yogurt here and there......is this ok??? ideally he would eat other stuff but at the moment i would rather he ate *something* so do you reckon its ok to continue with this until he will eat other stuff, or should i not give him ready brek in the hope he gets hungry enough to eat something else?????
