Thanks ladies! Yeah Jo tbh it has been hellish trying to shake this with two poorly babies in the house too. I have been running on auto pilot for a week now and practically colapsing when they have gone to bed. Finally today my mam has been and taken them both for a couple of nights (they are better now) so I can concentrate on getting myself right again. No doubt OH will come down with man flu now and I'll have to run around after him instead of looking after myself

I'm just glad the kids are better tbh. I've been concentrating on them so I haven't given myself a chance to get rid of it but now they are better I just felt so bad for them that I am near on useless just sat like a mong watching them play so I gave in and let my mam take them. Don't know how I'm supposed to get better without my baby cuddles though I miss them like crazy and they've only been gone a couple of hours.
