got a BFP this morning!! i dont know what to think! im still shaking and cant function properly! i really dont know how to feel about it! on 1 hand im really excited but on the other hand im worried as we weren't offically trying and dont know how OH will react when i tell him!

also im an xmas temp atm but shes just offred me a permanent position in january! i really need this job aswel right now so would it be a crime not to tell them yet? omg i still cant beileve its happend! only did it twice this month as well and by pure chance we've caught!

i honestly dont know! i know he wants another but right now we're rather skint and this new job i have has really been helpin out so think hes gonna get worried money wise tbh! but fingers crossed once hes over the shock he will be happy!!

Also you are not obliged (sp) to tell your work place you are pregnant until you are 15 weeks I think...don't quote me on that.

I have to tell my job as soon as i find out because of the type of job i do, I go restricted straight away as they dont want to be liable if anything happened. If i dont tell them and something happened at work and i lost a baby i will be liable.

Good luck hun its totally down to, i think ur safe enough in a shop.

Congratulations my lovely! Even if you weren't entitled to a Maternity Package, you would still be entitled to Maternity Allowance through the benefits office, which works out virtually the same as Stat Mat Pay anyway xx

I've still not told work I'm pregnant, going to wait till my scan if I can get away with it, I'm already starting to get a small belly so I'm hoping I can keep it quiet for another month!

Im sure its 15 weeks before your due date, so you dont need to confirm with your work until you are 25 weeks pregnant (although they can normally tell by then, lol!) xx
