| Not sure where to put this post so stuck it here I think I was about 7st10 when I went to Japan, about 8/9 years ago, I was about 7st4 when I got pg with Milo, and 7st2 a month after I gave birth Think I was about 7st1 ish when I got pg with Noah, not sure what I am now but think it's around 6st13 I feel so skinny, just had to take the waist in on a pair of size 8 pjs for god's sake. All my knickers are falling off too, (but that might be cos I stretched then when i was pg ) I need to put on weight but don't know how, I eat 3 times a day, I eat huge dinners and I eat biscuits, cake, etc.. What is wrong with my body?? I don't think it's normal to be losing weight like this.. Ok, I just told my oh how much I'd lost and he said "Wow, that's great!" |

| I can't help but think you lucky thing, i have always struggled the other way round! It's not nice to feel uncomfortable in your own skin either way though.
What are you eating? Is the food nutritious? Are you stressed? I found at the beginning of last year i was eating constantly and the wrong things and lost a load of weight due to being stressed and not sleeping very well.
I would say nuts, cheese, full fat milk, butter, wholegrains like wholemeal bread, pasta and brown rice would be good bulky foods, plus potatoes. Other than that i'm not sure, not been a problem for me to put on weight due to my love of chocolate.
P.s. Men are prats! |

| Lol at your oh!! Maybe you could try eating smaller meals but more often and increase your lean protein intake? It's all very well and good eating cake etc but try are empty calories, to put on weight I think in your case building muscle is probably the easiest way, it'll take time but you can definatly do it!
Quite scary to think I'm a couple of stone of weighting two of you!! I reckon by the end of this pregnancy I might well do lol! |

| Haha, prats indeed! I'm not particularly stressed, much more relaxed and happy than i was this time last year.. I eat loads of cheese, always have full fat milk, wholemeal bread, pasta..lots of potatoes.. and chocolate lots of veg.. Mind you saying this i just realised i've only had a flapjack for breakfast so far Here's what i usually eat; breakfast a flapjack and cereal (a loads of cups of tea/redbush) Lunch Pitta bread with cheese/ham and LOADS of butter ( i think i have a butter addiction, i could eat it out of the tub with a spoon nomnom..) or beans on toast/soup with bread, that kind of thing. Dinner pasta, meat, veg, rice etc, sometimes quorn stuff, but always either meat/quorn + rice/pasta/potatoes + lots of veg, or something with no meat but loads of vegetables. Then when the kids are in bed, biscuits, cake, choc.. |

| Yeh definatly more protein! Try maybe scrambled egg and toast for breakfast Maybe tuna or chicken sandwich or salad or something for lunch, And possibly less carbs and more meat at dinner.

I am so jealous, i want curves |
