| I do 320 ml water, 2 dessert spoons olive oil, 500g white bread flour, 1tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp yeast. Most of those measurements are fairly approximate, I think the recipe book says 1 tablespoon butter (instead of oil), 1 tsp salt.
Very nice on the day it is made but as it isn't full of preservatives it doesn't really keep. |

| I used to like a half and half, white flour and whole grain flour with seeds like pumpkin & poppy
Also I half whatever it says for sugar and salt in the recipe books, so I think its a large (if you have of the measure things) of the sugar and a small of the salt, a small of the yeats and 2 of the large ends for oil |

| I got my mum a gorgeous one for her birthday (she has always said she wanted one) but she never uses it. After seeing this post, I rang her and said if she didnt want it, I would have it back and get her something else. She said she uses it, but 10 mins later (as predicted ) she rang me back saying that she thinks I should have it. So im getting it when I drop Lily off before my pre op on Monday! Yay X |
