Hi Ladies got some serious back fat tonning and bingo wings tonning before the wedding, its really horrible lol. So I have joined a gym, we get gym free here in birmingham at certain times. The gym by me is only free from 9am -10:30 am so will be trying to aim 2-3 times a week. I will be weighing myself as well there for the first time so i get more of a accurate reading. I really dont like the gym as i do find its boring but its for a purpose so i am willing to bite the bullet lol.

Does anyone go the gym?

I used to before I had tyler and once you get into it it's quite enjoyable especially after you feel really energised! I used to put upbeat songs on my ipod and listen to that

i workout at home, i have a mini gym set up on the top floor of my house

before i had the kids i'd be in the gym 4hours a day, i absolutely LOVE the gym enviroment and loved it so much i trained up as a class instructor and a gym instructor...can't wait until i can get back in a proper gym, only time i get at mo is one day on occassion when i visit home and use my local leisure centre

I've joined loads of gyms... But I never actually go..but because I pay money out it leaves me pretty skint which helps me to cut down on crisps and chocolate when I'm in work so it's all good stuff really

Just order some gym stuff sports direct are soooo cheap lol hopefully i get it tomaz to start my work out lol

I hate the gym! Especially the people sitting reading thrte mags while on the treadmill. Sweat goddamnit!!!! x

Hhahah, well went this morning and really enjoyed but had to pay its only free from 9pm-10.30 which is fine. Will go when noah is asleep.
I have only got to do it for 3 months lol.
