It's doesn't really matter what you wear, but you deffo need a really good training shoe, especially if you use the weights.

i'd say go to sports direct and invest in some gym clothes(i LOVE usa pro) as normal trackies would fall down on me and i'd have to keep stopping to pull them back up never go with grey or white...i sweat like a biatch and i literally look like i p*ss myself when i've done a workout! lol also no baggy t-shirts, nice tight fitting are best as loose ones tend to just irritate i wish i was going back to the gym, i miss it SO bad

i don't drive so it's either sam drops me off and then goes home to put the kids to bed, and i miss their bedtime, or i'd have to walk about 45mins each way to the nearest gym i have most of the gym equipment up in my spare room that i use daily but it's just not the same buzz as ya get from going to a proper gym and doing classes just one class of body combat a week would keep me happy! lol

Lol i went to body combat once and got told off by the intructor for kicking at head height when he told the class to kick at shin height. I was training for my black belt at the time and am almost incapable of kicking at shin height so i never went back

haha buses are pants in my area and as for a bike..no bloody way...will have to ride up a bloody steep hill at least one way! will be too knackered to do owt by the time i get there hehe trust you mario!! i used to do aerobics, i'm a trained instructor, so i'd end up guessing what the instructor was gonna do next before she did it....she ended up threathening to chuck me out...so i kept going back to torment her
