I literally cant do anything, can barely walk, cant sitfo long it hurts to muchand it took me 20minutes to get into bed! Ergh i feel so useless! Poor dita was sick everywhere last night for the 4th time this week and she was just looking at me like why are ounot helping mummy and i felt so awful watching dan sort it all out =o( x

that must be so frustrating - I'd be climbing the walls !!. Make sure you take it easy though, don't over do it otherwise it will take longer to get better xx

Hun I know it's annoying, I couldn't walk for a month for 4 weeks a couple of years ago after incident at work and I was so frustrated in not doing anything drove me mad, but I'd rushed going back to work and caused more issues so rest and Dan knows you would if you could x

I can't stress enough that you need to rest...it is frustrating not being able to do a lot at the moment but it's not going to be forever.
I can't imagine what it is like to add children in the mix though especially a poorly one.

it all went well ty, he said that they removed a substantial amount so i should feel a big difference, my sciatica literally disappeared straight away which is such a relief.
Im doing an awful lot of nothing at the minute, just sat and wandering about now and again so i dont get too stiff lol. I am resting but just feel stressed about not being able to tidy up lol. x
