I've been having a lot of pain in my left leg, on the back below knee, it feels like its cramped allllll the time when I have it and very tight, but it's soft to touch

Just wondered if anyone had any ideas, I'm getting some spd pains too in pelvis, but this leg pain is worse

Do you think I should ask docs/mw

You might have pulled your tendon, just rest maybe try and use a bit of deep heat

maybe give it a few days incase you've just pulled something but it'll be worth a visit if it doesn't get better soon

I have had pain in my leg like that after i had a cramp and it lasted for over a week then got better.

But if lasts much longer, def worth getting checked out if at very least to put mind at rest.
