| What is wrong with people? I had to queue for 30 mins to get petrol yesterday (I was almost on the red and do 60 miles a day so have no choice). They're now queuing so far down the road that I can't get out of work. They have to give 7 days notice for a strike so its not like getting petrol now will help!!! It better not stop me getting to Cornwall on Saturday or I really won't be happy.
OK - rant over now |

| I just had to get some because I'm nearly out, and the two garages nearest me are out and the third one was charging £1.42 a litre! It's ridiculous, there werecpeople queuing at 11:45pm last night when I came home. Why can't people just carry on as they normally do? |

| The garage by me has put the price right up It's so stupid because it won't do anyone any good filling up now, all it's doing is making the oil companies and the government more money! |

| I know. Its gone up round here. They have to give 7 days notice for a strike so everyone filling up would probably have to do it again anyway. Adam's stressing about Cornwall now. He just text me to tell me to fill up again - erm I've used 1/4 of a tank so I don't think so. will have to fill up again tomorrow night because I'll be down to have a tank then and I'd rather start the journey to cornwall full even if we are going to have to stop and get petrol on the way as well
Oh and the person that had used the pump before me yesterday had put £5.63 in so there's no way they had to fill up! |

| I've not been near a petrol station so haven't noticed anything, but the £5 top up could have been in the red and not had much money, I know I've been there before lol |

| It's stupid. They were queues at Tesco, Asda had run out so I went to another slightly more expensive one and it was still busy but I have to have petrol to go to work. Luckily my car takes gas as well so we will have to fill it up. Luckily if they do strike and ration it I can still get it as emergency services x

| Well pretty much every petrol station round us was basically out this morning and I'll be down to half a tank by this evening so really want to top up before we leave tomorrow morning. My tank will only do 250 miles at the very most I think so will have to top up at some point tomorrow as well. Am hoping because they've announced there won't be a strike until after Easter (although there always had to be 7 days notice) that people will stop panic buying and that it will be better on the motorways anyway. Adam was getting really stressed about it this morning and I'm not sure I helped by laughing and telling him he'd just have to push us to Cornwall. I'm beginning to think its just us. Last time we went away at Easter was when there was the whole volcano thing in Iceland and we got stuck in Mexico (such a hardship) |

| We went to the only two petrol stations in the big town near us last night as we were on red, but they had none, so went to the one in the village down the road and managed to fill up fine, got proper jumped on by a guy from our street FB page saying how by filling my car up was stopping someone like him running a business from doing it, errr well we live 6 miles away from the nearest town and I have to drive to work so 12 mile round trip a day! Needless to say I gave him a right mouthful and told him that some of us are genuinely buying petrol because we have none and not just for the sake of it, I wish I had £62.00 to spare to put it in!! |

| All that panic buying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and no strike. if you need petrol you need it but just getting it then filling up spares pure madness and stupidity in my opinion |
