| Well now it is getting a bit more chilly i was thinking of getting some thicker bedding for Lily as her duvet is only 4 tog. I went in mothercare and they said they dont do a higher tog for cot bed as it is dangerous and baby will overheat??? Erm what do you think? Surely i cant leave her just with 4 tog as she willl get really cold. If she were in a singhle bed they do a 10.5 tog duvet Am confused!! |

| I think maybe cos they are in a smaller/confined area maybe where as a larger/single bed, their is more room for the air to circulate etc. Like sleeping bags only go to a 2.5 tog. Maybe i'm talking a load of bull lol, anyway i'm sure they do higher tog cot bed covers, I think Debs mentioned it a while back..might be a 9tog (think that maybe for when the cots on bed mode) 9 TOG DUVET |

| Izzys 4.5 tog is really thin, I wouldn't want her in just that - she will have that plus her patchwork quilt which is also 4.5
I have never gone with what they say - she has always had 2 blankets more than they say - otherwise she isn't warm. |
