| why do they want the £120, i thoguht you could change to who you want.
we pay £60 for broadband, phone and cable and thats the top withthe broadband and tv channels.
you seem to be paying alot for not alot if that makes any sense, i just dont get why they charging you to quit |

| Yeh they charge for whats left - we are in the middle of moving as I have left BT so dont get free broadband as an employee, but wanted to leave cos they are shite! Our termination fee is £47 but worth it to leave!
I am now going with talktalk - £12 line rental and £6.99 for 8mb broadband - and actually free for 1st 6 months!! You don't have to deal with BT at all as you pay it all to talk talk |

| When did you set the line up with BT hun, as we got to the end of our original 12 month contract and they tried to tell us that we were in another 12 month contract. We told them we were leaving anyway and they told us that it would cost us £47 like Lisa, but they never billed us for it as we disputed it. Were now with Talk Talk and we get the phone and broadband and our bill is usually about £30 a month xx |

| that sounds about right in the sense of a charge but BT and Sky have done a deal and if you go to them there wont be a massive charge as sky pay bt the line rental we done this last year x |

| I hate bt. We had to pay them about £200 to get out of our contract but it was worth it. We're with post office now. £20 a month for phoneline and broadband, our bill is never over £25 cause it's free evening n weekends and mobiles free at weekends too. Tbh tho id go with sky if I could to get tv too but they cant supply I internet in our area |
