Haha, I would have said the 'Thats not my' books as they were his faves up till he was 12mth+..Now he loves anything with animals, maybe books that make noises, flash cards etc. They seem to be my LO's faves at the moment can anyone recommend some baby books? Icon_wink He also like's proppa story books that are to be read to him..he has one called 'Munch' that he loves cos I over exaggerate everything.

They have some really nice ones in Waterstones at the moment too, was in there the other day..omg I could have spent a small fortune can anyone recommend some baby books? Icon_lol

we already have a whole shelf of books for Elijah (poor little baby haha all he wants to do is watch t.v and chew the books but we make him read Very Happy) - he really likes all of the dr.seuss I think because they are really rhythmical - obviously he can't read them but they sound nice when you read them out Very Happy

From about 8mths Caitlin loved the Baby Touch books by ladybird. We got them in Tesco. They quite large boardbooks, with bright pictures & feely bits. There's different ones eg Peekaboo, Noisy book, Squeaky book etc... She still looks at them now.

Caitlins faves from around 10 mths were-

We're going on a bear hunt
We're going on a lion hunt (just got this recently, pretty similar story)
Wibbly pig books. Very simple short stories. We got a box set from a bookclub. Theyre by Mick inkpen and are definitly Caitlins fave at the mo, I read one about presents at least 5 times a day can anyone recommend some baby books? Icon_rolleyes ... http://www.hodderchildrens.co.uk/BOARD-BOOKS__WIBBLY-PIG.htm (I think we got a set of 6 for about £6/7 on offer, Id look around before paying full price. Theres also reviews on them on amazon.
She also likes the small hardbooks, you know the ones that you can get in little box sets with 5/6 books in them. She likes holding them herself and flicking through them. She has different ones from simple words to ITNG.

Basically you cant go wrong with a short, annoyingly repetative, brightly coloured, hardbook! can anyone recommend some baby books? Icon_lol
