Use of this section of the forum shows you agree with the following disclaimers and statements:

It is the Sellers responsibility to ensure their items are of satisfactory quality, that they are as described and fit for purpose.

By allowing individuals to advertise goods for sale on the forum, Baby & All is simply acting as a "noticeboard", similar to ones in your supermarket or newsagents where people can place items for sale.

Baby & All will never be involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers.

Baby & All accepts no liability for any kind of loss caused by information found here.

You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you.

Tips

Baby & All suggests if you are not happy to finalise a sale here then an eBay listing should be created so seller and buyer are protected through eBay and PayPal.

Always pay through PAYPAL. Do not use the Gift option, this may save you a small amount on fees however there is no protection on money sent as a gift.

Posting. Please try to send items within 7 days - if you are unable to then let your buyer know!

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance for the items value.

Lisa - do you recommend a 'first come first served' method, with a set asking price - or a set time period then pick out of a hat if you have more than one person interested - OR a 'nearest offer' type thing, where you'd put £20 ono then leave it a few days, and the person nearest to the asking price (or highest) by pm would be the buyer?!

And when paying the total by paypal, is that when you send an invoice to the buyer through paypal; direct to their e-mail?

I may be over thinking this Laughing scratch

Personally I tend to go with the 1st person who says they want it - if you did an ONO you could say 'i'll wait a few days to see who offers the most'

Thats right with PayPal - the seller does an invoice and the buyer responds to it in order to pay Thumbs Up
