i wish i could forget my past sometimes! i have no one to talk to and dont wana do counciling as tried it befor! i have no one to talk to and im worried people will think im just an attention seaker if i say anythin

I'm not sure what happened in your past to make you feel like this, not sure if you've shared it before. I know you say you don't want to do councilling, but it could be worth another go. Or maybe a 'thoughts' book? Just somewhere to write down your thoughts when its all getting a bit too much.

I bought one for my mum years ago and although it took her a year to actually write in it, she said it really does help when you have so much going round in your head but its not the sort of stuff you want to share with people if you get me.

Those people were all bad uns and took advantage of you in so many ways, its unfair to have all happened to you, and so young

I can't say I have experience of any of it, wont try to pretend I can imagine how hard it is - but we know you are a strong person, a good mum and don't need to be worrying about it.
Whats done is done and its made you into what you are now, you might not like that 100% but there are 3 people for sure that do! x

OMG Char hunni - why on earth would you think you brought all that on yourself? Nobody deserves to be treated like that hun - doesn't matter what you think you deserve it's defo not that! You must be a strong person to have got as far as you have with all that haunting you so a huge well done to you for getting this far. I really don't have much advice hunni - other than to say from what I 'know' of you from here and the other site - you are such a lovely, caring woman with two beautiful little girls. All your fb updates and pics show what a loving and wonderful mummy and wife (to be ) you are.

Please try to get some help hun - you can't let your past haunt you and hold you back like this. Even if it is just 'talking' to us ladies on here hun - it is a step in the right direction. Have you spoken to Ian about everything? do you find that helpful at all?
