i was thinking... it would be nice if there was a topic/sticky kinda thing for people that have been thru or are going thru pre/post natal depression, bi polar, self harm etc... all forms of depression and mental health issues. a place where we can offer each other advice on coping techniques and strategy. a place we can discuss medications and the like too?? be good to hear positive stories of peoples who have been thru and made it to the other side etc ??
