Well after my consultant appt yesterday. Today was my 1st day weaning myself off my propanolol and anti/d's. I got through the day in work but I feel really crap and am not sure I am strong enough to do this. Am allowed to take them tomorrow and then no meds on Thursday.

Just concentrate on 1 day at a time and see how you go x

Good luck hun! Try to think of the reason's for coming off them, You can only do your best! Don't put too much pressure on yourself!

How come you arent you cutting off em gradually? When i came off citalopram i took a half dose for a couple weeks then a half dose every other day then just couple times a week then stopped, gave it 6 weeks. The time i stopped em cold turkey i felt awful

Consultant advised day on meds, day off meds. I feel awful today though just hope the psychical withdrawal symptoms pass quickly and my bfp will be just round the corner
