| Alfies got a really snotty nose n is having trouble breathing. I been to the chemist practically resembling a pharmacy myself cos there was too much to choose from!
I bounght some Calpol saline spray for his nose and some Kalvol drps.
Am i ok tp use these together with some calpol or shudnt i use them together? x |

| I use karvol. I put a few drops on a tissue and leave it beside her cot. You can get plug ins too I think. I also put a pillow/cushion under her cot mattress to tilt it up a bit, so she isnt sleeping totally flat. Calpol I dont think goes a miss either when they miserable, you can use it with the drps. I never used the drops personally, dont think Caity ever been totally bunged plus I heard that there isnt much more in them than water so can be a bit of a waste of money, hoep he feeling better soon. x |

| TBH most cold and flu remedies do little. Best thing for a cold is paracetamol and fluids, anything is only to provide a modicum of comfort |

| yeah, paracetamol, snoozing and lots to drink - we looked at the karvol plug-in but its pine scented! I don't want my bedroom smelling like a public toilet |

| think ill try the plug in. hes taken to sleeping on his tummy now which altho frightens the hell out of me - makes him more comfy n able to breathe! feel awful for him - he was up at 6 this morning sniffling on ! x |
