| Rowan is finally copying us when we say a word. But if we say it in our normal every day voice he wont repeat.
so if i make my voice softer and higher he does.
do you think this is something to be worried about?
I'm glad i've discovered this as this week he's learnt, Up, Down, Row row (his own name how cute) bubbles, and OH got him to say today love mama (which made my heart melt) but if we repeat theses words normally he wont say them.

| After quickly scanning your post last night, I tested it out today. Oliver says a fair few words now anyway but i've been trying to get him to say car for a while. So whilst looking at some cars this morning, I said 'car' a few times in my normal tone. Tried it again in a high pitched tone and he repeated it lol, now he keeps saying 'car' bless him Its probably like the others have said, when it comes out kinda monotone, its bit boring..but make it sound all interesting its more exciting and are more likely to copy |

| dont think you should worry because i read that if you say dinnertime he is there no matter what tone or where he is? lol so he must be hearing you ok either way, just finds it more fun high pitched! x |
