This is my first post, wooo to me!!!!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.

My health visitor said something about adding some drops to the cows milk when she's turns 1.
She turns 1 on friday but I'm not seeing the HV til the week after and want to get these drops for her ready.
Did anyone else's HV say about these drops?

I have heard of this from some European friends as its normal for them!

I never had to thought because Izyz has toddler milk so never even thought about it - I suppose its a vitamin supplement as cows milk doesn't have a lot of the things they need - not sure its entirely needed though as I know lots of toddlers have just cows milk are ok.

yeh i am sticking with toddler milk as it has more iron in it. I put vitamin drops in with Cerys's juice x

I got given some healthy start vitamins when Oliver turned 6mth and I was still breastfeeding, but tbh I never used them as i was having a well varied diet from 6mth +

Maybe thats what they are, They are like added iron etc.

Would you say your LO has a good varied diet? if so, I wouldn't worry to much.
