I was just about to say the same! So far today Iv had a packet of mini cheddars and a piece of chocolate. For a while there I got into habit of having cereal at 11 but even thats stopped.

I think its true what they say about it being better for you to eat 3 meals a day though. I often eat an average dinner at 530pm and then end up making a pizza or a big sandwhich & crisps at 10/11pm. When I did WW I ate so much more as it was healthy & spread out so I didnt binge at night. Im putting on weight again even though I feel like im eating less...

Caelyn having the same only not too interested in it so have given her a fruit pouch and a pack of spicy stars too to try and get her to have some lunch

Got a roll of puff pastry, some cheese, some salami and mushrooms for night to make a puff pastry pie/pizza thing

how do you find nights with being pg.. nights killed me.. and i wasnt lol

I get confused in subway by all the bread lol, I had KFC on saturday so I doubt he'll let me go there again, theres a pub byus that does 2 meals for 7 quid so we'll probably go there! THey do the best burgers and for some reason I feel more healthy going there than mcdonalds lmao x

lol i love going to the harvester as they do a early bird menu for 4 .99 and the food is lush ..i always feel healthier there as u get free salad buffet

I am so ridiculously exhausted i cant even explain it, i work 13 hour nights from 7.30pm to 8.30am and by 5 im so tired i can hardly stand up much less move patients on the beds or push trolleys. Im not sure if its why im feeling so rough all the time at the mo. Also find im more nauseous overnight too

But i got no childcare for days and im trying to build up a good mat pay and nights pays time and a third so im holding out as long as i can

I had 3 biscuits

But to be fair I usually have my brekkie at about 10ish so by the time Libby has her lunch at 12 I'm not normally hungry. Got pia and chips tonight though mmmmmmmmmmm x

i used to do 4 on 4 off. an di found i was always unwelel with colds and moody!! i only had ashleight then and could sleep while she was at school!! would u not put her ina nursery fro 2 days ..i was laways against nurserys and childminders as i thought that i chose to thave them so onlyi should look after them.. but .. amelie and jamie do go twice aweek and they love it .. its good interatcion for them xx

Its the spicy orange sauce, prob same thing, kinda hot and peppery. Love it even if i cant feel my mouth for ages after

I work 32 1/2 hours a week so i do 2x13 hour nights and 1x8 hour days. She goes to a childminder on a friday am so i often work thurs night so i can sleep when shes there in the day and i do my other night the night before neil or my mums day off so one of them can have her then i do my day on a weekend so neil or my parents are home for her. Til we clear our loan we dont really have enough spare to increase childcare hours anymore than that tbh so will be muddling on. Ive split my nights now as i was finding two together too much and it means i dont need to sleep for as long. 17 weeks left i keep telling myself and got leave on 2 of them for reduced hours , counting down...
