If you were paying for something from 17th to 24th of the month, how many days is that?!
I won't say what I figured it as - so as not to sway your judgement - but I am very confused

If they actually worked on both the 17th and the 24th thats 8days...

Is that what you thought?

I say 8 days to thats counting the 2 days mentioned

Or 6 if it for between the 2 dates

If it's from one date - the 17th - to the other - the 24th?!

I should probably add - it's for changing a date on a monthly payment - which was always the 17th of the month...

yeah so u should count both dates so you will pay on the 17th and continue paying till and including the 24th then the next payment is from the 25th till th 24th again

Right, well the tool I am dealing with (hence me doubting his word!) has just fuddled me even more. This is how it went:

Oh yeah - sorry. I was counting the 25th also. It's seven days then from 17th-24th -for £xxx amount.



(I should add, that is the short-hand version and nothing like the actual e-mails and letters sent! )

I think u have to find out if you r paying the 17th as well if you are paying the 17th then then it is 7 days coz ur not counting the 17th or you will b paying for that day twice

Well I am totally lost!! But am pregnant and blonde!! So thats not usual!!! Considering I asked my OH to put the kids dinner in the bin (I meant oven) the other night and also asked him what planet I was on!! I meant TV channel!!!!!!!!!

i would say 7 grace soooooo sorry that just confuses things even more!

No no Jo, it confirms what me original workings-out were!
If I already pay upto 17th, then I don't see why he was trying to charge me twice for it

SO - I counted day one as going from 17th-18th, day two as from 18th-19th etc. ........ and that equaled 7!

Hey, if he's now saying it's 7 - and charging me for seven - then I'd best get the cheque off before he goes back on it eh xx

P.S. My fingers are worn out from all this counting and I am thoroughly sick of the numbers 7 and 8!
