....what your newborns were like??? I need your input! Jess pretty much only wakes for her bottle, stays awake for like 10mins then cries or screams to be back asleep again......Is this normal?? I remember Isla loving her sleep, but this is crazy! Pretty much, if shes awake then shes either drinking or unhappy!!! I get about 10mins smiley time a day (normally just before bed).

Sounds normal to me hun. Hannah didn't realy have much awake time until after 4 weeks. It's weird how you forget though. I was the same as you thinking I'm sure Thomas was more awake than this? Enjoy it hun, come the 4 month mark and she learns she can fight the sleep and then only do it if she is being held you will wish for that sleepy newborn back! xx

Thanks ladies youve reassured me lots!! I just got a bit worried.....she literally is asleep all the time, except for feeding, and if I dont get her back to sleep quick enough then she is one seriously unhappy baby! She does not like being awake xxx
