| Poor love Saline drops help if it's nasal - or just cooled boiled water, dropped into each nostril (one or two drops off handle of spoon or similar... if she'll let you). You'll no doubt know it already but raised cot / pillow, bowl of water in the room or vapouriser... olbas oil on a tissue... calpol if temp.. it's awful isn't it. Hope she's better soon xx |

| awww thanks - well i decided to put some vapour rub in a bowl of hot water by her cot, dosed her up with calpol. She sleeps face down so hopefully that will help xx |

| You can get menthol rub for wee ones as vicks is 2+ cos i was looking for c other day and ended up with karvol rub for 6 mo plus |
