OK so hubby is friends with an ex girlfriend on Faceache, baring in mind we've been together 13 years and it was years before we got together. He's been chatting to her on chat and she's commented on a few photos of him. I'm feeling all jealous and paranoid I don't know why it's stupid and i'm really not normally like this, I mean she's the complete opposite to me in every way possible, she's married with 4 kids and the best thing is SHE LIVES IN NEW ZEALAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it's only hormones because he was chatting to her before I fell pregnant and I didn't mind at all, in fact I used to joke she was his 'fancy bit in New Zealand' GRRRRRRR HORMONES!!!!!!

Ah hun, hormones are dangerous little boogers!! He's your man and she most certainly isn't going to change that... If she lived round the corner and was single I'd get upset but hey she's not likely to pop by whilst you pop to Tesco's is she

Aww hun that is one of the reasons (one of many) that I never intend to be pg again, bloody hormones! They turn you into a completely different person at times, I hate the feeling of not being in complete control of my emotions. I became a paranoid nut job in both my pgs and tbh i think oh deserves a medal for putting up with me (wouldn't tell him that though ). Hopefully this phase will pass for you soom hunni. xx

It's awful isn't it Debs? I haven't said anything to Simon because it wouldn't be fair - he isn't doing anything wrong afterall Did it last for your whole pregnancies?? I can't remember feeling like this with Libby, or maybe I'm just remembering the good bits

Hun I just don't do pg well tbh - I'm horrible! I think up to around 22 weeks is worst, my poor OH couldn't move for me and god was i horrible to him - poor sod! I remember actually telling him to stop breathing coz it was annoying me - I don't mean breathing loudly either - just actually breathing . Everything he did irritated me to the max. I'm nice again now though . It's a horrible feeling because you actually know you're doing it but can't stop, I hate that feeling coz I'm a complete control freak. I'm not the best person to offer advice really hun but it will pass soon and even if it doesn't and lasts till the end I can assure you 100% it is worth it in the end xx

Hehe sorry that made me laugh - how dare he breathe if it's annoying you!! I know what you mean about being a control freak, I'm the same I hate being out of control of my emotions. I remember just after I found out I was pregnant I stupidly let my car run out of petrol and I got so ridiculously upset (and I mean sobbing my heart out) because I thought something was wrong with my car. While I was sobbing at the back of my mind I thought it was funny that I was so upset but couldn't stop myself!!! I know it'll all be worth it in the end - just can't wait for that end! xx

OR It could all be a big conspiracy against pg women that only men know about. To do exactly as they please for 9 whole months and do everything they possibly can to pee us off and irritate us to the point we think we are going insane and then turn round and blame our hormones xx

I do hate the hormone excuse though, even when we are genuinely pissed off for a good reason its still 'oh it's your hormones' that used to wind me up so much

aw hun. I can totaly sypathise!! I wrote a long post on here the other day was having a paranoid day... but I didnt post it eneded up deleting it all before I posted. but Im exactly the same!!! so paranoid hes going to run off with someone else. I wouldnt blame him mind, im a nightmare at the moment. We went to a carboot on the weekend for a wonder and noticed he looked every woman that walked pasted & even turned to watch them walk past!and flirting when buying stuff grrr makes me mad, he's always like his, he's a charmer and flirt learnt to deal with it but arghhhhh right now dont need it! esp when iv put on nearly 3 stone! dont blame him if he did stray. but I have a problem with him on and someone on 'faceache' (hehe) their always commeting on each others status and pics. Iv had a problem before and mentioned it to him and he stopped I noticed. but was her bday the other day and was all 'lots of love xxxxxxxxxxx' and only his message she commented on saying 'thanks mwah' anyways going on now about me sorry but these blinking hormones!! but like you all if OH says' its your hormones' I will bite his head off!!!

Yay I'm so glad it's not just me then!!! I don't know, it's just weird feeling like this when I'm not normally like it, we have a kind of laid back relationship. Em, luckily Simon isn't a flirt or a charmer and he doesn't (I don't think) respond on peoples Faceache much so I don't really know what's wrong with me. I don't know if I could handle it if he was so I think you're very good for coping with it. Oh and in all the pics I've seen of you, you are stunning!!! xx
