oh my where do i start....
well i got woken up at 5.45 by a massive pop ..in tummy the niagra fall was gushing lol..there was so much coming out i didnt dare move and called for other half to come and fone midwife . My waters where all green ...so i panicked and just couldnt move for the amount that was coming out ......midwife said to get to hospital asap ...so we managed to get loads of towels and try and stop the fluid but ther was loads and ended up leeking all way to hospital ... by the time i got to hospital i was in a complete panick because of worries about baby pooing ..but she was fine and heartbeat nice and strong..........
i got my first cotraction whilst there and within hour i was 8cm ...and had an epidural put in ..THANKGOD ..the reason for epidural ..was mine plus doctors decision..as it was obvious she was going to be very big ...and they didnt think i would be able push her out ...and though i would need c .section but ..wanted to try a vaginal birth first .! so they decided to try and let me push and see what happens for an hour........well started pushing and thought i wasnt doing anything ..but 40 mins later out came 10lb 70z amelie ..to everyones surprise that i did it lol even docs where amazed....i am very bruised and swollen and have been given a numbing gel come home with...to which i am grateful for .... this is my original post from other site although i cleand up my spelling lol.. i still feel the pain and quiver when i think back to pushing amelie out lol xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and she lookes so different now to when she was born !!
