I think they changed them because although they were good child actors they dont think they would have been able to play the role well of those characters as they grow up. Wonder if Ben will have a completely different character too lol

I hate it when they switch actors. It confuses me. Agree some people make great child actors but are a bit crap as adults when they have more lines and serious scenes.

Sonia was able to do both though. Do you remember matin as a child basically lived upstairs and all you ever saw was the back of his wee head or him being shouted to come down stairs and then he came down one day aged 14 and all of a sudden his family interacted with him
