I know this is the wrong section but I need some advice quickly x

Flick is teething atm, she has her last 4 front teeth coming through. She was grizzly last night but slept through from 8pm til 6.30am. She had breakfast then a nap at 8.30am until 10.30am.
We went to town and got back about 1pm. She had some crisps, a cracker anda fruit pouch - wouldn't eat anything else. She played for a while and when I went to check on her I found her up the stairs by her cot trying to get in!
I put her in then about 1.30pm and she hasn't woken yet
Would this be her teeth?
She hasn't drunk much today and she was a little warm earlier so I gave her some calpol x

Teeth or maybe a cold brewing. Sounds like she needs it so i wouldnt worry too much, calpol and fluids and let her sleep as she needs. C sleeps loads when shes off colour too, bodys way of dealing with it.
