Can I send an e-mail and know when the recipient has read it?
Thing is, I need to attach a photo too - and the only thing I can think of is an e-card; but the only one I can find that is free (and straightforward!) is this one:

hallmark used to be free and would email when someone picked up the card, but im not sure if its the same now :/

I'm pretty sure you have to pay to sign up to hallmark these days, but will check...

The ones I use for generic free ecards (egreetings, 123greetings) are great as you don't need to sign up or anything, but they don't have photo cards - aside from that one link up there

Is there a diff. e-mail provider who does 'read receipts'?! I know hotmail & yahoo don't anyways...
