How do i come across as a person, a mummy, a friend? Am i approachable or not? Do i seem friendly?

I am always getting told i am unapproachable and can be a bit clever and take charge (i dont mean to be)!!

So honest opinions cause maybe i need to work on it! (dont worry i wont get offended i am thick skinned)

Lol no need to apologise!! I think it was more I always felt like a newbie more than anything! And the problems were mine not how others were towards me!

i do think banda has helped to get to know people better for sure x

I have always thought that you are a fab woman who tells people how it is rather than beating around the bush. You seem like a brilliant Mum too and you should be proud of yourself.
