| Billy Blue Hat Is this meaning anything to you ladies?! Me and Dan were talking about books for Izzy and Dan said she should have these books called Roger Red Hat etc...I said ummm WHAT?! He said they are the books that they used in school to teach him to read...even googled them to show me and they are real books! I have NO idea what books school/preschool used to teach me to read....do you remember?! |

| LOL! We didn't have a tv for a long long time as they were pretty much invented not that long before I was born! So books were it..entertainment. I would look forward to reading time with my parents, by the time I hit grade 2-3 we were reading all the classics like Moby Dick, Treasure Island, Huck Finn etc. Had a huuuge collection of the Hardy Boys, Bobbsey Twins, and Nancy Drew. Would explain my detective skills later on in life! |

| hahah!
I am a bit obsessed with books for Izzy!
I just bought 4 new ones this week, a set, they are huge thick ones with lots of stories in each one - but she wont have them alone for some time...same for most of her books..well her upstairs books! Her downstairs books have been sat on, drawn on, kicked, thrown, creased! |

| Omg that brings back memories. I used to love Roger red hat. My favourites were the yellow hat twins, can't remember their names though I was only 4 at the time. We then moved onto a set of books about a pig, a dog, a cat and a koala (random) I think the the pig was called Fred? Oh and a little thing called the grumble that used to go round shouting boo at people. Does anyone else remember them? xx |

| I can't remember pre school books but I do remember a book from school called Flat Stanley, I loved that one, where something fell on him in bed and he then got posted off all over the place. Strange what you remember! |
