haha my mummy wants one for christmas - now little did i know they come in different shapes and sizes so...any recommendations?

she needs it for the couch, but also for a computer chair so not sure if a firm one (which would be good for a soft seat i guess) would be ok for an office type chair...or if i should get a soft cushion one.......or a 'D' shape one???
