Can a sciatica flare up feel like period cramps? I have been in pain for over a week, and it feels like period cramps, the pain radiates from my lower back and wraps around to my abdo... however no sign of AF. Got scared and tested last Friday and it was negative - thank God, as would seriously throw myself off a bridge if there was another outcome. Has anyone else had this?

Ive never known it to feel like period cramps i get mine from my hip and back down to my knee. You know what i think tho hon, get theee to a doc and get checked over xxx

Thanks hun..I need to shake this sinking feeling I have, and the only way to do that is get checked out completely. Got an appt for next Wednesday!
