maybe this is a bit obvious (not to me!) but we were looking at jars the other day just to see what's on offer - although i plan on cooking most things for elijah, and most of the 4-6 month ones have various things in them...now i was under the impression that its best to introduce one thing at a time, so how could you with one of these jars???

i suppose it doesnt really matter because i am hoping to go with the mashed up veg/fruit in the freezer route then on to munchy things as soon as he can find his face Laughing but im sort of curious???

I'm not sure really because I've done all Stephen's food myself. There are a few food allergies in my family so I think it's important for him to make sure I can give him one thing at a time to make sure he isn't allergic to anything. I've just been giving him one food at a time to start off with for 2/3 days until I'd gone through loads of veg and now he gets a mixture of things. I suppose if they didn't like one of the jars you'd know one of the ingredients didn't agree with them! xxx
